Dr. Payal Bhandari, M.D. is a nationally recognized integrative functional medicine physician and board-certified family doctor with over 24 years of clinical experience. In 2013, she launched San Francisco’s first accountable care organization, followed by building the city’s largest private integrative functional medical center in 2017. In 2026, she is launching Thymos Health—the first all-in-one virtual medical service that addresses 150 autoimmune diseases at scale. As a breast cancer survivor and mother of two daughters with autoimmune conditions, she is relentless about empowering millions of people with the tools necessary to address complex chronic diseases and take back control of their health.
